Do I need my own Stripe account?+
Yes - deposits settle to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. WrapForce never holds your money.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?+
Everything else keeps working. Buy a 50-credit top-up pack for $15 any time, or upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance - unused top-up credits roll over.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is the 14-day trial really free, no card required?+
Yes. You get full access to every feature for 14 days; after that your workspace goes read-only (your data stays intact) until you subscribe.
What counts as a "seat"?+
Any team member with an active login - owner, managers, front desk, and installers all count against your plan’s seat limit.
Do you charge a platform fee on deposits?+
No - deposits settle to your Stripe account at 100% (minus Stripe’s own processing fees). WrapForce charges only the flat monthly/yearly subscription.
