Software for window tint shops
WrapForce is CRM and quoting software built for window tint shops - it prices jobs from your own rate card down to the window and film line, shows customers a mockup of their own car in the shade they're considering, and collects the deposit before the first sheet of film gets cut.
Start free trialHow does WrapForce price a tint job?
Tint pricing swings on two things: how many windows are being covered and which film line goes on them, and WrapForce's catalog is built around exactly that. Some shops quote a flat full-car package; others price per window - front two, rears, back glass, windshield strip or full windshield - and both are just editable coverage lines in the same rate card. Film matters just as much as coverage. Dyed film is the budget option, carbon skips the fade and blocks more heat, ceramic (nano-ceramic) adds real heat rejection without the signal interference some carbon and dyed films can cause, and crystalline sits at the top for shops selling on TSER and IR-rejection numbers rather than just how dark a window looks. Each film line, VLT percentage, and coverage option is its own line item you set up once in Settings, and WrapForce suggests a quote total from that rate card plus your own comparable past jobs.
Legal VLT limits vary by state, and front side windows in particular are usually the tightest-regulated glass on the car - a 5% "limo" tint that's fine on rear glass in one state can fail inspection up front in another. WrapForce doesn't ship a legal database that quotes to the limit automatically; your team still picks the VLT percentage that's legal where you operate and sets it up as a standard option in your catalog, whether that's 50%, 35%, 20%, or 5% depending on the window and the state.
How do customers see the tint before they commit?
Tint is a harder sell over the phone than a color-change wrap, because a customer describing "not too dark" and a customer describing "as dark as legally possible" often mean very different things. WrapForce closes that gap with a photorealistic AI mockup generated from the customer's own vehicle photo in the shade and finish that's on the quote, not a stock photo of a similar-looking car. A customer who can see their own SUV in 20% ceramic before they say yes is a much easier close than one squinting at a swatch card. Standard mockups are included on every plan; Pro and Enterprise add HD renders.
How does a tint job move from quote to booked job?
Leads, quotes, customers, vehicles, and jobs all live on one pipeline board, so a call about a windshield strip and full side glass doesn't get lost in a text thread. Once a customer is ready, WrapForce sends a private, tokenized link with an embedded Stripe Connect payment form - no customer account required, and the deposit settles straight to your own Stripe account on your own payout schedule. A paid deposit creates the job and puts it on your calendar automatically. That calendar is a normal shared scheduling view your team books onto; WrapForce doesn't try to reason about film haze or cure time on its own, so your team still schedules pickup and any post-install care instructions the way you already do.
What does WrapForce track once the job is booked?
Film use is tracked in sqft against your inventory, so a shop running several jobs off the same roll can see what's left before the next quote goes out. Customers and their vehicles are stored together, which matters for tint shops - a customer who tints one car often comes back for the daily driver, the wife's car, or the work truck. Reports with CSV export make it easy to see which film lines and VLT tiers are actually the most profitable, and every price change and status move is captured in an audit log.
What WrapForce does at each step of a tint job
| Step | What happens in WrapForce |
|---|---|
| Lead comes in | Logged on the pipeline board with vehicle and contact details, from a call, walk-in, or the free quote widget. |
| Quote the job | Pick the window coverage and film line - WrapForce suggests a price from your rate card and past comparable jobs. |
| Show the shade | Generate a mockup from the customer's own car photo in the VLT and film line on the quote. |
| Collect the deposit | Customer opens a tokenized link and pays through an embedded Stripe form - no login required. |
| Job goes on the calendar | A paid deposit creates the job and schedules it automatically on your shared calendar. |
| Track film stock | Film use is tracked in sqft against inventory so you know what's left before the next job is quoted. |
| Close the loop | Pro and Enterprise plans can text an automated review request once the job is marked done. |
What about architectural and flat-glass tint, or tint paired with PPF?
Plenty of tint shops also run architectural or flat-glass jobs, or bundle a windshield PPF strip alongside the tint package. Since services, coverages, and materials are all separate editable fields in the same catalog, a residential or commercial glass job and a windshield protection film line item can sit in your rate card right next to your standard automotive tint packages, and a bundled quote is one line item away rather than a second invoice.
How much does WrapForce cost for a tint shop?
Starter is $49/mo for a single shop with 3 seats and 40 AI mockups a month. Pro is $99/mo for 10 seats, 150 mockups, HD renders, priority support, and SMS quoting and review requests. Enterprise is $249/mo with unlimited seats, 400 mockups, and multi-location support. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required, and yearly billing gets you two months free. Frequently asked questions
Does WrapForce know my state's legal tint limits?+
No - WrapForce doesn't ship a state-by-state legal VLT database. Your catalog lets you set up the VLT percentages and film lines your shop actually installs, so your team still quotes to whatever front-side and windshield limits apply where you operate.
Can I quote per window instead of a flat full-car price?+
Yes. Coverage is an editable field in your catalog, so a shop that prices per window (front two, rears, back glass, windshield strip) can set that up alongside a flat full-car package, and both live in the same rate card.
Do I have to use one film brand or line?+
No. Dyed, carbon, ceramic, and crystalline film lines are all just editable materials in Settings - your team can quote whatever mix of film lines and price tiers your shop actually stocks.
How realistic are the AI mockups for tint?+
Mockups are generated from the customer's own vehicle photo, not a stock image, showing the shade and finish on the quote. They're a sales aid for helping a customer picture the result, not a certified render of legal darkness.
Do customers need an account to pay a tint deposit?+
No. Every quote gets a private, tokenized link with an embedded Stripe payment form. No login, no app download - the deposit settles straight to your own Stripe Connect account.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes - 14 days, full access, no card required. Shops that just want a quote form for their website can also start with the free embeddable quote widget, no account needed.
